He was predeceased by: his brother Earl Carlson (Marsh Palmer); his wife Lois Carlson; his son Norman "Stacey"; his siblings, Almer, Mynard, Toralf, Harold and Dora Henningsgard; and his parents, Dahl Carlson and Ingrid Carlson.
He is survived by: his daughter Tania (Willy Thompson); and his grandchildren, Kacy, Jared Thompson, Luke and Colby Carlson.
