He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Kotyk and Nellie Kotyk (Skoretz). He is survived by: his sons, Sheldon Kotyk (Julie) and Scott Kotyk; his brothers, Ernest Kotyk (Harmony) and Danny Kotyk (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Kristin, Ava, Jamie Kotyk and Zoë DeNobrega.
