She was predeceased by: her husband Reuben Seitz; her parents, Michael Rath and Pauline Rath; her brothers, Edgar and Alec Rath; and her siblings-in-law, Nina Rath and Edgar Seitz.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Heizler (Frank) and Kelly Seitz (Terri); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jonathan) and Mark (Danielle); her siblings, Edna Seitz of Medicine Hat, Evelyn Koenig (Vern) of Medicine Hat, Linda King (Rick) of Dewinton, Melvin Rath of Medicine Hat, Ben Rath (Mable) of Red Deer and Larry Rath (Judy) of Lethbridge; and her sisters-in-law, Marlene Rath of Medicine Hat and Betty Rath of Medicine Hat. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
