She was predeceased by: her parents, James Podesta and Melba Podesta; and her siblings, Bonnie Ellis and Michael Podesta. She is survived by: her husband Keith Bender of Medicine Hat; her children, Tony Bender, Aaron Bender (Jessie) and Melissa Bender; her grandchildren, Koby, Dante, Kade, Kiana, Brayden, Adara, Darian, Rylan and Olivia Bender; and her sister Lynn Ellis.
