It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Sonley (Medicine Hat, Alberta), born in Lindsay, Ontario, who passed away on October 3, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Henry; and her sister Donna Henry. She is survived by: her mother Irene Henry of Oshawa, ON; her husband Roy Sonley; her children, Philip Sonley (Cheryl) of Medicine Hat, AB and Cheryl Sonley of Calgary, AB; her grandchildren, Logan Sonley (Claire), Michael Sonley, Brody Taylor (Marisha) and Miranda Taylor; her great grandchildren, Alayna and Zayden Taylor of Medicine Hat; her sister Karen Swindells of Oshawa, ON; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Durward (Stan) of Sunderland and Faye Phinney (Inglis) of Owen Sound, ON. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the St. John's Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund in Linda's name.
