He was predeceased by: his wife Jane; and his son Edward. He is survived by: his son Bill (Anne); his grandchildren, Lana (Mark), Joya and Daniel (Crystal); his great grandchildren, James, Breanna, Lauryn, Bentley, Oakley and Hendriks; his sister Bep; and his brother-in-law Henk Vandenberg (Ann). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
