It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ken Maltby (Medicine Hat, Alberta), born in Guelph, Ontario, who passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug and Hilda; and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Teri Bolduc (Denis), Darleen Cave, Greg Cave (Claudette), Jasmina Scheuerman (Stewart), Marc van Montfort (Amanda) and Elaine van Montfort; his grandchildren, Danielle Dickie, Tamara Dickie, Lexie Binnie (Adam), Tyler Cave, Mitchell Scheuerman (Shannon), Savannah Ceelen (Kyle), Erikson van Montfort, Keaton van Montfort, Beau van Montfort and Rowan Morrison; his great grandchildren, Xavier Palmer, Peter Dickie, Preston Dickie, Percy Dickie, Maeve Binnie, Aiden Cave and Sloane Ceelen; and his siblings, Rita Maltby, Rose Maltby, Gloria Coppes, Pat Melnik, Betty Anne Reid, Shirley Gowland and Sue Swackhammer.
