It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy Bezruchak (Medicine Hat, Alberta), born in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cowie and Edith Cowie; her sister Linda Joyce; and also, William (Jean Bezruchak) and Ed Casmey (Ed Frelick).
She is survived by: her husband Robert Bezruchak (Bob); her children, Jeffrey Bezruchak (Jordis) and Kelly Bezruchak; her grandchildren, Jordan (Kyla) and Ethan; her brother Ray; and her in-laws, Larry Bezruchak (Fran), Vivian Casmey, Donna Frelick and Peggy Amundson (Russ). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Judy also donated to many charities including Ducks Unlimited, SPCA, Canadian Institute for the Blind, World Wildlife Federation, Community Warmth Program and many more.
