With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jesse Poelzer in Medicine Hat, Alberta, born in Kelowna, British Columbia, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his sons, Jaxon and Tristan; the mother of his children Amber; his siblings, Ryan (Bren-Ann) and Arienne (Rusty); his parents, Cheryl (Dave) and Bill (Lynn); his half-sister Tawny (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Benjamin, Gavin, Talia, Aria, Mattea and Kinsley.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Cook Southland Funeral Chapel (901 13 St SW, Medicine Hat, AB T1A4V4).
