He is survived by: his wife Annemarie; his daughters, Megan (Jackson) and Janine (Luke); his brother Hinderikus (Hester); his siblings-in-law, Irene (Jaap) and Peter (Janny); and his aunt Piety. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
