He is survived by: his children, Robert Van (Tracy) and Barbara Van; his wife Margaret Van; his brothers, Allan (Judith) and Kenney (Allison); his daughters, Buffy (Richard) and Brandi; and his grandchildren, James Van, John Nicholas Van, Pamela Margaret "Maggie" Van, Tyeson Verhoeven, Taylor Verhoeven, Jackson Keaney and Griffin Keaney.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cook Southland Funeral Chapel (901 13 St SW, Medicine Hat, AB T1A4V4).
