He is survived by: his children, Mark Penner (Debbie), Cathy Friesen (Walter) and Lenore Dyke (Carl); and his siblings-in-law, Marie Penner of Port Rowan, ON, Helen Goertzen of Saskatoon, SK and Neil Patterson of Calgary, AB. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
