She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Karikas and Julius Karikas. She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Stewart of Medicine Hat; her children, Lynn Werre (Scott) of Medicine Hat and Dean Stewart of Medicine Hat; her grandchildren, DeAndra Zeller (Nick) and Ryan Werre (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Austyn, Ezekiel and Walker J.; and her sisters, Ethel Schubrook (Les) and June Tkachyk (Orest). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
