It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harry Zeller (Medicine Hat, Alberta), born in Redcliff, Alberta, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Zeller; his son Leslie; his parents, John Zeller and Mary Zeller; his brother Richard; his son-in-law Garry Patterson; his brothers-in-law, Marven Jesse, Fred Meier, Sid Tarnasky and Mike Reeder; and also, Gust and Ida Jesse.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Friesen (Leroy) and Barry; his great grandchildren, Adrienne Brum Kaylan (Trevor), Jerika, Nicole Simon Reed (Justin), Everly, Travis Patterson, Marnie Zeller (Spencer) and Taylor Zeller (Justin); his daughter-in-law Melody Zeller; his sisters, Darlene Reeder and Violet Tarnasky; his siblings-in-law, Mildred Meier, May Jesse, Donna Adams and Bob Jesse (Millie); and his grandsons, Cory Simon, Jason, Justin, Logan and Travis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
After Mom passed, Dad was extremely grief stricken and alone for the first time in his life and then COVID hit; which was so hard on him.
