He was predeceased by: his parents, Petros Karamanos and Maria Karamanos (Kontraros); his siblings, Eleni Frangiskos, Ioanna, Panagiotis, Ilias and Thomas Karamanos; and also Anna-Maria Karamanos (Bustillo).
He is survived by: his close friend Panagiota (Pamela); his children, Peter Karamanos (May), John Karamanos (Jodi) and Maria Karamanos; his grandchildren, Iphagenia, Amaranta, Dimitria, Costa, Anna-Maria, Mack, Moss and Kayla; his great grandchild Aubrey; and his wife Anna Maria. He is also survived by grandchild, and over the years, his family.
