She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Neitz; and also, Gage Hawn and Michael Hawn. She is survived by: her mother Irene Neitz; and her siblings, Brenda Duchscherer (Norman), Dean Neitz (Caroline) and Sheryl Ahner (Rick). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
