He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle and Theresa; his sister Charlie; and his great-niece Ginger. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Amber, Nikki and Michael; his siblings, Gail, Pat, Gerald (Donna), Barb, Marj, Kathy and Dennis; his niece Dawne; and his nephew Chad. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
