She was predeceased by: her husband Noshir Kapadia; her grandson David Wierenga; her parents, Banoobai Kaikobad and Kaikobad Kaikobad; her siblings, Aloo (Khurshed), Sherosh (Jeroo) and Jaloo (Rusi); her in-laws, Roshan and Fakirji Kapadia; and her brothers-in-law, Pervez and Nani Kapadia.

She is survived by: her daughters, Shehnaz Wierenga (Richard) and Binaifer Kapadia; her grandson Logan Kapadia-Pfob; her daughter Roxzana McNiven (Joe); her granddaughters, Mackenzie and Brooke McNiven; and her siblings-in-law, Kersi Kapadia (Thrity), Armaity and Roshan Kapadia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
