Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Evan Leslie Eremenko (Medicine Hat, Alberta), who passed away at the age of 36, on March 30, 2025. He was predeceased by: his son Jackson; and his grandparents, Paul, Susie Eremenko and Russell Moch. He is survived by: his wife Jenna Le-Anne Threinen; his parents, Les Eremenko and Sandra Eremenko; his siblings, Layne Eremenko, Carli Eremenko and Bobbi Eremenko (Lena); his grandmother Eleanor Moch; and his cousins, Barry, Joanne Eremenko, Shannon, Doug Furgeson, Shain Moch, Shelly and Darcy Poncsak. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pattison Funeral Home (540 S Railway St, Medicine Hat, AB T1A2V6).
