He was predeceased by: his parents, Metro Onofrychuk and Mary Onofrychuk; and his siblings, Rose (Nick Twerdohlib), Lillian (Bill Shmyr), Janice (Dave Sollows), Raymond (Emmie Onofrychuk) and Eva McLean (Andy Fex).
He is survived by: his spouse Maggy. He is also survived by numerous other relatives in his family.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Anglican Catholic Church (402 12 St NE, Medicine Hat, AB T1A5V2).
