He is survived by: his sons, Brad (Leila), Jeff (Boerny) and Don Jr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, Kelsey Wagner (Joel), Alexander Phillips and Anthony Phillips; his great grandchild Madeline Wagner; and his daughter-in-law Laverne Phillips.
