He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Gill; and his parents, Albert Gill and Lydia Gill (Shirley). He is survived by: his children, Jim Gill (Linda), June Saulit (Oscar), Lorna Gill (Kris Eldred) and Jerrold Gill; his grandchildren, Lindsay Johnson, Tara Gottselig, Kendra Gill, Curtis, Matthew Poirer and Amber Mogus; and his brother Bill (Kim).
