She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Kort and Emilie Kort (Schritt); and her husband Paul Richter. She is survived by: her daughters, Cornelia and Coni Christo (John); her grandson Kevin (April); her great grandchild Kinley; her daughters, Sheena Slobodian (Jim) and Gisela Mullan (Vince); her grandchild Carrera Kostur (Mitch); and her siblings-in-law, Rudy Richter (Marlene) and Marie Richter. She is also survived by two brothers and two sisters.
