He was predeceased by: his spouse Elizabeth'Bette'Millington; his parents, Frank Millington and Helen Millington; and his son William Joseph Millington. He is survived by: his children, Rob Millington (Dana Rayner), Rick Millington (Sheri), Mike Millington, Rory Crawford (Karen Leier) and Penn Bergdahl (Scott); his grandchildren, Justin, Dakota, Sienna, Kody, Kassidy, Cruz and Gavin; his great grandchildren, Kaysia and Jordyn; and his friend Michelle LeBlanc Millington.
