He is survived by: his child Dean Mackie (Kylie); his grandchildren, Mia, Ava and Rio; his child Shawn Mackie (Jill); his grandchildren, Reese, Sierra and Trey; his mother Margaret Mackie; his sister Patricia Koenig (Glen); and his mother-in-law Mary Shepherd.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at 218 Maple St, Maple Creek, SK S0N1N0.
