He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Sr. and Martha; his son Harlow; his grandson Landon; his brother Allan; and his son-in-law John Dunn.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald Otto (Renetta) of Elkwater, Dolores Otto-Moreno of Colton California, Marilyn Dunn of Medicine Hat, Clifford Otto (Val) of Medicine Hat and Sheila Clark (Colin); and his siblings, Ben Jr. and Renee Symanczyk (George). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
