Fernande Giroux Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fernande Giroux of McLennan, Alberta, who passed away on October 13, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Amedee Fortier and Irene Fortier (Pruneau). She is survived by: her husband Maurice Giroux; her children, Monique Peters (Shane), Nicole Giroux, Rachelle Bryant (Chris) and Leo Giroux (Carolyn); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew Bryant, Grace, Seamus Rorke, Brooke, Callie and Fern.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptiste Cathedral (4401 53 Ave, McLennan, AB T0H2L0).
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Smoky River Palliative Care Society as expressions of sympathy.
