She is survived by: her husband Dennis Hawthorne; her daughters, Barbara Carrell (Dick), Nancy McNeil (Lawrence) and Sandra Kozak (Trevor); and her grandchildren, Josh McNeil, Jeremy McNeil, Meagan McNeil, Sarah Carrell, William Carrell, Jenna McNeil, AJ Carrell, Arianna Kozak and Levi Kozak. She is also survived by her family, friends.
