He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Ludviga; his siblings, Stan, John (Cecilia), Bill (Pat), Mike (Laura), Enil (Stanley) and Stephie (Warren); and his grandson Steven Ballard.
He is survived by: his wife Beverley; his daughters, Mary Flaten (Robert), Rose Walker (Ed), Irene Thiessen (Jim), Audrey Foyd (Larry), Jo Bartko (Ken) and Beverly Oreel (Kevin); and his siblings, Victor, Joe (Gloria) and Anne Chayka. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and many dear nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
