He was predeceased by: his parents, James Anger and Ina Anger; his former wife Emilie Russell-Anger; his brothers, Baby William and Jack Anger (Marie); his sons, Dennis Anger, Allan Anger, Garry Russell and David Russell; and also Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Anger; his children, Sharon Anger (Ron), Donna Grylls (John) and Thomas Kirilenko (Connie); and his close friend Bob Yates of Grande Prairie. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Norman's name may be made to the Poppy Fund of the Royal Canadian Legion.
