He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; and his siblings, Gerald (Helen), Lawrence, Fred and Doreen (Gordon).
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Slugoski (Jerome) of Spruce Grove, Alberta and Blaine (Fiona) of Stockton; his grandchildren, Tyler (Kelsea), Travis (Ashley), Tyneal (Dillon), Tanne, Sloan, Alycia (Corey) and Sheldon (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Natalee, Jhett, Kohl, Dekker, Wyatt and Tara; and his siblings, Gene (Deanna) and Maureen. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
