He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz and Anneliese; and his siblings, Sigrid and Manfred. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Michelle Short (Chris) of Edmonton, AB and Darren Henneberg (Ilse) of Woodville, NS; his grandchildren, Connor, Anneliese, Samuel, Sydney and Katherine; his brothers, Bernie (Annie), Harry (Sally) and Henry; and his siblings-in-law, Norman and Ann. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
