He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Mindus; his parents, Grace Mindus and Walter Mindus; his children, Jennifer Mindus and Dale Mindus; and his siblings, Kathy, Emily, Howard, Gary and Doreen.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Mindus (Paul Drews) and Neil Mindus; his grandchildren, Felisha, Cade, Kyle, Kierra and Myah; his siblings, Don Mindus (Sandra) and Valerie Lonsberry (Gaye); and his friend Joanne.
