She was predeceased by: her parents, Asberry Ford and Zorel Ford; her parents-in-law, Dick and Evelyn Swanson; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Younghans, Russel Swanson and Janet Maerz.
She is survived by: her husband Albin Swanson; her children, Grant Swanson (Karen) of Bucerias, Mexico, Connie Coleman (Norm) of Wainwright and Sylvia Hewitt (Ron) of Cold Lake, Alberta; and her siblings, Roland Ford (Mary) of Edmonton, AB, Edna Younghans of Lloydminster, AB and Virginia Krueger (Oscar) of Kelowna, B. C. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
