He was predeceased by: his brother Larry; his father Steve; and his sister Pat. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Jack (Twila) and Sylvia (Ron); and his grandchildren, Wyatt (Maddy), Jessica (Linden), Cassidy and Justis. He is also survived by his mother; three brothers; two sisters.
