She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Poliakiwski and Jean Poliakiwski; her brother Ron Poliakiwski; and her nephew Derrick Poliakiwski. She is survived by: her brothers, Lawrence Poliakiwski (Wendy) of Mannville, Ken Poliakiwski (Carol) of Mannville and Jim Poliakiwski (Elaine) of Vermilion; and her sister-in-law Donna Poliakiwski of Mannville. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
