He was predeceased by: his son Cary Raun; his parents, Peter Raun and Mary Raun; his brother Cliff Raun (Faye); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Currey and Glennis Raun.

He is survived by: his significant other June Raun of Mannville; his children, Darcy Raun (Cindy) of Edmonton and Lisa Hallett (Mike) of Edmonton; his daughter-in-law Karrie Raun of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Nikkita, Taylor (Jaydee), Mackenzie, Cambria and Carter; and his siblings, Don Raun of Edmonton and Connie Currey of Elk Point. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and extended family.
