He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Coulter and Doris Coulter; and his sister Betty Lobe. He is survived by: his close friend Deb Poulin of Mannville; his son Blaine Coulter (Carrie) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Elijah, Rayna Coulter, Connor, Grady and Benjamin Letestu; his siblings, Bonny Hamm (Jack) of Herbert, SK., Louise Chomlak (Rick) of Beauvallon and Cal Coulter (Jane Lawson) of Calgary; and his brother-in-law Gene Lobe of Calgary As. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
