She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Zaychkowski and Antonina Zaychkowski; her sisters, Olga Karlson (Risto), Margaret Watson (John) and Elsie Patmore (David); her husband Frank Kosiorek; and her daughter Lori Karlson.

She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Bulat (Daren) of Calgary, Wade Kosiorek of Edmonton and Derrick Kosiorek (Bernadine) of Okotoks; her son-in-law Raymond Karlson of Drayton Valley; her grandchildren, Ross Karlson of Drayton Valley, Jordan (Randi), Ayla Karlson of Peace River, Jillian Kosiorek of Calgary, Hunter Kosiorek of Edmonton and Keyli (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Henry Loeppky of Okotoks, Kelsey (Kyle) and Theodore Halewich of Okotoks.
