Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lance Gummesen of Manning, Alberta, born in Peace River, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 50, on January 29, 2025. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lance may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Earl. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughters, Skylar and Sienna; his mother Jean; and his brothers, Mark (Wendy), Brian (Bertha) and Kevin.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rosary School (505 River St SE, Manning, AB T0H2M0).
