It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Stanek of Magrath, Alberta, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Gruninger and Theresa Gruninger; her husband Eugene "Geno" Stanek; and her brothers, Steve Gruninger (Eva) and George Gruninger (Irene).
She is survived by: her son John Stanek (Kelly Sharp); her grandchildren, Lauren and Matthew Stanek; her daughter Liz Kerner (Dan Mezei); her grandchildren, Jennifer Ross (Adam), Janine Kerner, Michael Kerner and Brett Kerner (Tela); and her great grandchildren, Justin Bourk (Brittany), Rory, Layla, Quinn Ross, Colton, Kiedon, Kinzey Kerner, Cami Charlee, Kade Olshaski, Matthew Kerkhoff, Abbie, Jaxon and Mica Kerner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Private Family Service will be held due to Covid 19 restrictions.
