With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Muriel Thomson of Lougheed, Alberta, born in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 24, 2021 at the age of 65. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Muriel Thomson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Derraugh and Thelma Derraugh; and her siblings, Wayne Wagner and Corrine Yung. She is survived by: her husband Phil Thomson of Sylvan Lake; her children, Darryl Beatty of Sooke and Melissa Niven of Sylvan Lake; and her sisters, Patricia Van Hecke of Alliance, Marilyn Patten of Lougheed, Alberta and Sherry Rudd of Lougheed, Alberta. She is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.
