She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Eliuk and Victoria Eliuk; her parents-in-law, William and Mary Sywenky; her siblings, Barry and Thelma; her granddaughter Erin Sywenky; and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis, Annie, Wayne, Felix, Alec and Ken.
She is survived by: her husband Ernie Sywenky; her children, Cynthia Choban (Clarence), Christine Sywenky (John), Curtis Sywenky (DeeAnn) and Victoria Hennig (Darren); her grandchildren, Jarrett (Andrea), Samara, Kyle (Julia), Devon (Taylor), Hunter, Raia, Austin, Ella, Karsten and Huxlee; her great grandchildren, Noah, Thea, Rylee and Espen; her siblings, Linda Eliuk (Brian), Debbie Couy (Jim), Tim Eliuk (Shelley) and Terry Eliuk (Cindy); and her sisters-in-law, Sheila Eliuk, Elsie Dutchak (Peter) and Elizabeth Rudkowski.
Memorial donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, St. Olgas Ukrainian Catholic Church, Lloydminster Hospital Medical Floor, or charity of choice.
