He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas, Pearl, John and Nadja Zayonc. He is survived by: his wife Shawna; his children, Jordon and Aleasha; his parents, Donald Weir and Stephanie Weir; his siblings, Carrie Kohlruss (Dave) and Duane Weir (Heather); his parents-in-law, Joe and Gladys Marciniw; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Brown (Calvin), Tracy Berg (Darrel), Michelle Olson, Jolene Rurka (David) and Dwayne Marciniw (Jessica). He is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Tyson can be made to 2nd Chance Trail Ride Society, Lori Craven Memorial Tournament or GoodHearts Transplant Foundation.
