He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Fisher and Alice Fisher; his wife Myrna Fisher; his daughters, Anne Fisher (Wendy) and Jaclyn Roberge (Marcel); his grandchild Taygen Roberge (Lori); his great grandchildren, Cooper, Chloe Roberge, Rikkea Rogers (Kelly), Kleysen Roberge (Kassidy) and Jax Roberge (Amy); his son Blake Fisher (Jill); his grandchild Keagan Fisher; his great grandchild Harlow Fisher; his granddaughter Katelyn Peregrym (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Perle, Price Peregrym, Kale Fisher (Shanika) and Jayden Fisher (Emma); his son Barcley Fisher (Angela); his grandchildren, Logan Fisher and Madison Fisher (Austin); his great grandchildren, Brinley and Briar Handel; his daughter Marlo Oliver (Pat); his grandchildren, Brooke Weninger (Morgan) and Chase Weninger; his siblings, David Fisher (Linda), Winifred Rutherford (Don), Donna Sheppard, John Fisher and Winnifred; his grandfathers, Oilman, Sportsman, Outdoorsman, Master Putterer, Fix and Gardener; and also Riviera Rogers. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

This trip for Dakota occurred at a time where he was struggling with life and the pandemic wasn't helping.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tom may be made to Project Sunrise (Lloydminster Regional Health Foundation), Grace United Church or STARS.
