He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Linda Smith. He is survived by: his common-law partner Pat Deslaurier; his daughter Ashley Deslaurier; and his sisters, Krista Smith, Tammy Smith and Amanda Smith. He is also survived by four nephews.
