He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Black and Lois Black. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Black of Meota and Dayna Hirsche (Cody) of North Battleford; and his siblings, Lynn Rutherford (Paul) of Neilburg and Brent Black of Neilburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephew; as well as other relatives.

Donations in loving memory of Ray may be made to the Big Manitou Lake Regional Park or to the donor's charity of choice.
