Philip Daniel Perillat Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Daniel Perillat (Lloydminster, Alberta), who passed away on October 7, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Perillat and Solange Perillat; his brothers, Rene, Denis and Marcel Perillat; and his brother-in-law Yvon Gervais.

He is survived by: his children, Darcie Maier (Lorne) of Vermilion, Duane Perillat (Andrea) of Hillmond and Michael Perillat (Christal) of Bruderheim; his grandchildren, Greg Perillat, Jackson, Sophia Maier, Aubrey, Turner Perillat, Nicholas and Lucas Remus; his siblings, Doris Marchildren, Lillian Gervais, Yvette Wasyliw (Gene), Albert Perillat (Joan) and Leo Perillat; and his sister-in-law Darlene Hassee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
