He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Rybchinsky and Rose Rybchinsky. He is survived by: his wife May Rybchinsky; his children, Rick Rybchinsky (Melissa) of Stacey Rybchinsky, JR and Tara Rybchinsky of Elk Point; his grandchildren, Darrian, Colton, Abby, Matthew and Allyson; and his brother-in-law Ron Smith (Sharon) of Elk Point.
If so desired donations in memory of Orest may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital, Lloydminster SPCA, Canadian Cancer Society or charity of donor's choice.
