Mike Kostiuk Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2019, Mike Kostiuk (Lloydminster, Alberta) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mike Kostiuk to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Kostiuk and Bessie Kostiuk; his siblings, Tony Kostiuk, Edward Kostiuk (Annie), John Kostiuk and Eva Pitruniak; his brothers-in-law, Pete Loshneym, John Pitruniak and Teddy Swichenuik; and his niece Shirley Emberg.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Trevor (Laurie); his grandson Kyle (Kelly); his great grandchild James; and his siblings, Ludwig (Alice), Bill (Evelyn), Mary Loshney and Eliza Swichenuik. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
